Day 13 - July 25th

Sleep 930pm - 630am (9 hours)

7 coffee with spices and 1 tbs coconut oil

32 oz water

1030 black coffee

1200 Big salad with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, bacon, chicken, and avocado

32 oz water

600 Ahi Tuna with roasted broccoli and fresh picked tomatoes.

800  popcorn and a glass of red wine.  :)
